The Orientation Hospitality Desk is your one-stop location for hospitality services while you are at Orientation. The Hospitality Desk can assist you with:

  • Pre-Event Check-In - for those who arrive the day before Orientation begins
  • Amtrak shuttling
  • Accessing special accommodations
  • Translation requests made in our reservation system
  • Lost or malfunctioning room cards (or if you lock yourself out of your room)
  • Locating lost & found items
  • Computer lab access and/or wireless internet access
  • Finding a good place to eat
  • Information regarding campus resources
  • Anything else related to your stay at Orientation

Location & Phone

The Hospitality Desk is located in the main lobby of the Tercero Services Center and is reachable by phone while you are at Orientation.

  • Hospitality Desk: Number will be given to you when you arrive
  • Main line: 530-752-4443 (best number for questions as you prepare to come)

Hours

The Hospitality Desk will be open from

  • 6:00-10:00 P.M. on Sundays and Wednesdays during Pre-Event Check-In
  • 8:00 A.M.-10:00 P.M. on day 1 of the program (Mondays and Thursdays)
  • 7:30 A.M.-5:30 P.M. on day 2 of the program (Tuesdays and Fridays)
