Check-In Information

Bring a government issued (state or federal) photo ID to check-in!

Read below for details of check-in as they vary if you are arriving early for our Pre-Event accommodations.

Pre-Event Check-In (Sundays & Wednesdays)

If you signed up for the “First-Year Program & Overnight with Pre-Event Additional Night” follow these Check-in instructions.

When:         6:00 - 9:00 PM* Sundays and Wednesdays prior to program
Where:      
Wall Hall Main Lounge in the Tercero Residence Hall Area

*Arrival after 9:00 p.m. will result in a late fee in accordance with our Policies and Fees.

Program Check-In (Mondays & Thursdays)

If you signed up for “First-Year Program Only” or “First-Year Program & Overnight” follow these Check-In instructions.

When:         8:00 AM Mondays and Thursdays

Wall Hall Main Lounge in the Tercero Residence Hall Area

Materials distributed at Check-in for registered participants:

  • Name Badges
  • Registered student and family participants receive separate materials, which contain their individual program schedules
    • Each student will receive one set of Orientation Materials
    • Each family is issued one set of Orientation Materials, regardless of the number of family participants registered
    • Additional materials are not available for distribution or purchase
  • Parking Permit (if participants will be driving and parked on campus for the duration of Orientation).
  • Access Cards to overnight accommodations

Check-Out and Program Conclusion (Tuesdays & Fridays)

Checking out from the program is essential, as you will return your key for your overnight accommodations. Charges apply for missing or late cards. See the Policies and Fees page for details.

All check-out instructions and times will be on the Orientation Program Schedule and reviewed by your Orientation Leader or Family Program Host. See the First-Year Schedule page for a sample schedule. Students may leave as soon as they have had their schedule verified by a professional academic advisor.
